anemic

pasta that is.

for lunch i decided to use the sauce i made from last night. pasta marinara was supposed to be the dinner that night, but my oldest bro called for chinese night. so not to waste anything, i made what is known for korea as "cheese of spaghetti". to me, it was just baked mac except it's spaghettini not macaroni.

i made the sauce from farm-freshed tomato my mum bought at Canal Rd. hence, the anemia. well, it's an excuse not to run across the street and buy canned tomato sauce. even the darnedest close things equates to 'effkin' long walk in our family. plus, fresh tomato for sauce has been sworn by italians.
